Note returned merchandise must be unused and in original wrappers. You are responsible for shipping charges, unless you received damaged or incorrect item.

Returns and exchanges require RMA# (return merchandise authorization). Please Email orders@softballsrgame.com to receive RMA# for returns or exchanges, and for return shipping instructions. Please include order number and reason for return or exchange in email.

Softball bat policies: Bats may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Returned bats must be unused and in original shrink wrap. Defective bats must be returned directly to manufacturer for repair or replacement. You may contact us for warranty instructions or contact the manufacturer directly. A copy of invoice or receipt is required by most manufacturers for warranty replacements.

Please be aware that it may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
